Bardays Inn - Terms and COndition

1. Request for early check-in or late check-out are available at additional charges subject to availability.

2. Upgrade to next higher category is only available at additional charges.

3. Our business consists of Room rent /Food & Beverages. We require room rent to be paid at check in time. With regret we do not allow outside food & drinks to be bought into our hotel and we request that you respect our policies. There wail be no room service.

4. We request that you respect our staff. Abusive behavior and language will not be tolerated.

5. We cannot guarantee room in a particular location or next to each other. Room allocation is done subject to availability.

6. Check-in time is 02:00 hr and Check-out is 11:00 hr

7. Extension of stay shall be subject to available and tariff rates.

8. One extra mattress will be provided at an additional charge subject to availability.

9. For Hotel reservations, 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of check-in. Failure to make the initial payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

10. In the case of “No Show” the hotel reserves right to charge 100% retention charges against the stay.

11. Rates are subject to change.

12. Outside food and liquor is not allowed as per food & nutrition security guidelines by government notification.

13. The management regrets its inability to carry forward any missed meals and compensate or refund.

14. As per government regulation Indian national are required to carry proof of identity (Aadhaar card/ Driving licence or Passport) at the time of Check-in. foreign national to present passport and valid visa.

15. Check-out of guest will not be permitted until the full amount outstanding as claimed by the hotel is paid in full.

16. All bookings are on non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.

17. You may only use the service of this site if you are at least 18 years of age. The services of the site are not intended for minors.

18. My family and party members have chosen this hotel of our own choice; we shall be accountable for all our valuable /belongings and liable to pay for hotel property damages if any. Please do not leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the room or other part of the hotel.

19. The management shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, accident injury, allergies or ill health that might result from use of hotel facilities or services.

20. Any insurance claims pertaining to theft enquiry or medical reimbursement has to be within the courts of Goa.

21. Hotel will not be liable for any defect or failure with dish TV channel service,

22. The hotel reserves the absolute rights of admission.

23. Outside food & beverages is not allowed to be brought for consumption within the hotel premises.

24. For customers using the hotel swimming pool, please note that the pool area has a width of 14 feet and a length of 17 feet. Customers must take care of themselves while using the swimming pool. The hotel management will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur in the pool area.

25. Visitors shall not be allowed to go to the guest rooms under any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy

* Bookings are non-refundable.
* Amendments can be offered if requested 48hrs prior to Check-in date subject to availability and subject to payment of any difference in fare as per new date selected.
* New Check-in date can only be honored within 7 days from the original Check-in date.
* A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
* In an event of No show, Total cost of the stay will be not refundable.
